Does anyone's DC sleep better in...
the carseat than the crib. I have noticed that she will sleep longer streches in the carseat and when she is in the crib she wakes every 4 hours.
Its kinda annoying. But I dont want her to get into the habit of sleeping the carseat. I wish she would start sleeping longer.
She is 6 weeks

It happens. It might be the position. The first time my daughters slept a full night is when they were in their carseat. (I didn't want to wake them)

DS did that for a bit when he was small. He slept in his carseat for a few weeks!

In the beginning DD wouldn't sleep in the craddle, crib, pack-n-play, she would sleep in the bouncy seat though, very well too. So for the first month that is where she slept at night next to my bed. I asked the Dr. about it and she said that was fine but to after the first month to transition her into the crib. My thought is let the sleep wherever they do it best at that age.

I know its hard as you need them to sleep but just be careful about your DC sleeping in the car seat for long periods...I know someone whose DC got a flat head because her babysitter let her sleep in the car seat for long periods and now she is wearing one of those helmet things.....I am sure a couple of hours wont do it but just so you know.
