I live in Westchester, and the one on Central Avenue in Scarsdale definitely does. The Babies R Us on Central that is across from BBB also takes BBB coupons. I guess since they are right across from each other, it kind of leaves them with no choice.

Yes, they do. BRU in Massapequa and Westbury don't take BBB coupons anymore.

ONLY if it's an item that both stores carry (if they dont have to beat competition, there's no reason to take it)
UNLESS you get the right cashier who doesnt know that, so just play along as if you never heard this

I know BRU will take BBB coupons. i just used one.
They said as long as the item you are buying is also sold at the other store

That's strange - I asked a cashier this in BRU at Massapequa and she said no, they stopped doing this. Maybe it is inconsistent depending on the store?

We asked yesterday - BBB the manager told us they will take BRU or other coupons.
BRU told us today that since BBB no longer takes their coupons they won't take BBB coupons

I was at BRU last week and tried to use a BBB coupon. The girl actually made me wait at the register while she CALLED BBB to see if they carried the item I was purchasing 
They didn't carry it so no 20% off.
