Does BRU sell
The changing table topper that you put on top of a dresser to frame the changing pad? Or can I get it seperately anywhere else?

i would ask the sales person if the dresses has the accessories including the changing table part?
ETA: then again wheni was in there i touched one of the toppers and it was loose.. i woudl go into the store and look around and say.. i want THIS!... how do i buy it?

which combo dresser did you get? some of them have them, most do not though. they don't sell them seperately.

Yes they do  It is usually located near the mattresses, not the changing table stuff
They are standard sized to fit all changing tables and all pads/sheets/covers are universal and all fit the same pad.

Just for reference... the Young America one is $240 at Behr's.  but I did like the completed look it gave as opposed to just putting the pad on top.
