No, not everyone has spotting and/or and PG symptoms.
You shouldn't read into it if you don't have any symptoms.

I think I read somewhere that most women do NOT get implantation spotting. I didn't with my first pregnancy.

i didn't have spotting at all but i definitely had a distinct pinching feeling and also a tugging sensation. i never felt anything like it before!
