Friday is the anniversary of my grandmother's death. it will be 5 years that she left us. the first week of november is tough for me. dh understands how i feel. he said my grandmother wouldn't want to see me upset. she's missing out on so much that i would like her to see. wish she could see the change n the both of us. between the 2 of us, we lost over 300 lbs. i know how happy she would be. only wished that shhe could've seen it happen. i hope that the frst week of november would get better
Gail ... I am sorry that you are having a hard time.
But know that your grandmother is seeing all of the changes that you and Gary have made. She is watching it all and is very proud of you. You never know, she can be sending you some of the strength that the two of you have shown over the past few years.

thanks. i really don't know why i'm having such a hard time with it. don't know if ts that she can't see the changs, don't know if ts that i didn't see her before she passed. it was hard in the morning;i was mine during the day at work, now that i'm home i'm a mess again. hopefully i'll be able to sleep
