Does Jet Blue still honor rate reductions on already purchased tickets?
If so, how exactly does it work? Does the rate have to be for your exact flight? I just noticed a cheaper rate, the plane leaves at the exact same time as ours (same destination, arrival time, etc.). This is wishful thinking on my part, right?

I can't remember if they refund your credit card or just give you a credit for future travel (I think it's just credit) and I think they charge you $25 to do this.
Call to double check though -- the worst that happens is they say no.
