does my new puppy have an infection?
I have a vet appointment in the morning but I wanted to see what you guys thought.
Shelby's eyes are very watery and she has green mucus coming from them... that same nasty green mucus was coming out of her hoo-ha after she peed. 
She's eating/playing/pooping/acting normal. I hope she is okay. I am very worried. She's my sweet baby and I don't want her to be sick.

I would definately be concerned about the green mucus.. Green is usually an infection. I would take her to the vet.

It does sounds like something out of the ordinary. Maybe she caught something while in transport. i would bring it up to the vet to see what it could be. He can give you something to clear it up if it is something.
But it sounds like she is adjusting fine and congrats again!!

ITA. Green is usually an indication of an infection.

My vet gave me some antibiotic ointment to put in her eyes...he wasn't concerned about the *other* mucus. Hmm.

 that is weird, no oral antibiotic?? at all? Well hopefully they know what it is! Did they do a stool sample?

That is odd. I hope they did a stool sample. I would keep watching her to make sure it still isn't happening.

I have to drop off a stool sample today or tomorrow actually. He tried to get one yesterday with no luck.
I thought maybe they would do a blood test, since it seems like some sort of systemic infection to me??
I haven't seen the green mucus coming out of her you-know-what since that one time, so that's good I guess.
