does Oxford cover Alimentum???

does Oxford cover Alimentum???
When my sil called Apria they told her she had to go through her prescription plan to get the formula covered since she had Oxford
so she called Oxford and they said they dont cover it
but I thought maybe prescription coverage was a different # than just regular customer service
does anyone know??

It's not the insurance company it's what plan your company pays for. I have United but not everyone that has United is covered. Does that make sense?
Apria is usually really good about finding out whether or not you are covered. Did she provide Apria with her RX info?

no she didnt but they didnt ask either
I remember when I first called my insurance company they told me they dont pay for alimentum etc but I am fully covered so I was hoping that was the case for her as well
