Does the E train go to canal street?

I need to get to 69 Bayard Street
its in china town

Yes, on their line map it says "Canal street & 6th Avenue)

The E train does stop at Canal but I dont know where in Canal you are looking for.

i wish i knew the cross streets that i need something tells me im going to be walking up and down canal street like an idiot lol :)

OK I am looking at a map & it looks like it is way too far east for the E. It looks like it is better to take the J, M or Z to canal, then go east on Canal until Mott, south on Mott & then it will intersect with Bayard.

The R is closer to Bayard, but not as close as the J, M or Z

I usually take the N or R to get to Little Italy but it kinda drops you in part of China Town...
