does the energy return...
once u give birth? I mean I really cant sit bc my lower back, I see stars when I stand, I am restless at night. WIll losing the 15 plus baby package thats involved regain my strength?

Well you will probably be sleep deprived from a newborn but eventually you may feel good again.

You know what I found...once I gave birth, it was almost like instantaneously all my "ailments" disappeared. For example, heartburn--gone! hip pain--gone! tossing and turning ALL night long--gone!
I can't say I was super tired to begin with, so I can't comment on that, and I also can't say that will get a whole lot better with a crying newborn every couple of hours! Well-rested might be a thing of the past for a while!

Oh and I forgot to add...all of my muscles were pretty sore for a few weeks after I gave birth--I mean like everything--arms, legs, even hands...I think it was my body adjusting to the demands of constantly carrying around a newborn. That's fine now too.
