Re: Does this feeling of sadness ever get better?

I feel like you - some days I feel sadder than others.

Also, some days I find it hard to believe that I was ever pregnant. I know that might sound horrible, but I can't explain it. Maybe it's because I never showed physically (I lost the baby at 14 weeks), or had any exterior signs that I was pg. I had very little morning sickness, so my life didn't alter much to be honest. I don't know - maybe it's just me becoming used to how things were. I feel horribly guilty even admitting what I 've just written. Some days I feel overcome with sadness about losing my little one - this weekend I would have been 18 weeks and I feel very sad.

I hope each of you are getting through this difficult time. Know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.

You may not believe it, but it does get better. You will never forget of course, but the more time that passes, the easier it is on your heart Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon
