does this mean i shouldn't even bother trying for the next 3 months??
so July would be our first month officially trying. so far I have only tracked my cycles on MMC.com. Well, I go to look at when I supposedly ovulate for the next 3 months and:
July ovulation window (fertile to ovulating): I will be away the whole time!!!! [w/out DH]. Back at midnight the night of my alleged O date
August window: DH will be away the whole time!! back the day of my O
September window: we will both be away, at a wedding but can't BD at all b/c we have to share rooms with friends. We can maybe BD that friday; i supposedly O on monday, and BD again monday.
what do you think - am I putting too much stock in MMC? what should i do? the thought of not being able to really TTC for 3 months has me

I'm sorry for the bad timing! Try anyway when you can. You never know what can happen.
I got PG from BD on CD 7 with a 28 day cycle.

When I got pregnant with my DD, I was supposed to ovulate when I was away on vacation. For whatever reason, my ovulation was delayed and that was the month I got pregnant. I actually read that traveling can throw off your cycle so I'd just keep trying.

yup just when you can. remember the litttle swimmers can live for up to 3 days so just do when you can. . . or just lOCK YOUR FRIENDS out of the room for and hour and go for it!
and travelling can totally throw your schedule off. . I was conveniently two days after I always O the month I got BFP
but I totally know how you feel bc if it hadn't worked this month I was away the next THREE while I would O so I was going crazy
   to you!

you cant really base your O date on an online calculator, you should track your EWCM as well and remember.....ALL it takes is one timeeeeeeeeeeeee
Good Luck and be positive!!! Even if you share a room, you can shower together

No, dont give up. You can ovulate earlier or later than the website says. I would use opks to know for sure. Good luck!!

It's rare that your cycles will be exactly the same every month for the next three months. Don't lose hope! If your first cycle is just 2 or 3 days different than expected, the whole calendar moves up and you're good to go every cycle this summer... if you even need it.

MMC gives you an idea of when ou ovulate, but without an ovulation predictor kit or temping/charting, you may O before or after those dates. Sperm can live for up to five days under ideal conditions, so if you can get some BDing in before he leaves, you're still in the game. And not everyone O's at the same time each month - when I got my BFP, I O'd four or five days early! Go for it, but try not to be too hard on yourself if it doesn't happen this summer.

dont give up! i agree- just as much as you can!
i feel your stress too- according to the online calendar my O day is when im away for work without DH...go figure! but we will right before i go, u never know!
