I agreewith the Navy sweater, but if you can't find one this white one is nice.

I think the color contrast is too much between the navy, light blue & white.

IMO it is not the color, it is the knit. The dress is dressy and I think it needs a more refined knit. The sweater you posted looks too casual and the knit is too bulky.
