Yes, they do. I use the diaper coupons that I get from BRU at TRU all the time.

So I just got a 15 percent off coupon. DO you think I can get her a leapfrog toy or does it have to be diapers/formula and that type of stuff?

As long as it doesn't say "Baby Item" on it they should except it.

Maybe they have random rules with the "baby item". They let DH use one of those on playdoh - but not on a step 2 slide that was for 1 1/2 and up when the playdoh was for 2 and up.
