mine does.

and then he uses the litter box

or vice versa.

and after all that he thinks it's funny to climb on our couches.

mine does not play in his water bowl... but he ALWAYS sticks his right paw in the water bowl before taking a drink... i can always tell when he's been drinking water lol

he also thinks its cute to bring a collection of hair ties that he finds to his water bowl lol so weird!

yes...he pushes his bowl around in the tray....and then its all over the bottom of the tray. I thought cats didnt like water!!

Oh my gosh YES!
If I drip one drop of water on her while washing dishes she acts like I hit her with acid- BUT when it comes to her water dish- it's like her own personal swimming pool!

We have to put a plastic tray under her dish to avoid it soaking the carpet underneath.

Every morning I have to empty inches of water out of that tray.
I don't get it!

My cat has never put her paws in her water dish, but our dog does it all the time! It makes such a mess because she spills it all over and then runs around getting wet foot prints everywhere! I guess I should be grateful that she's not stepping in cat litter too!

they both stick their paws in the water to play..they are not thirsty, it's just a game.

Bella loves the sink too..she always has her face in there!

One of my cats uses his paw to drink water. He uses it like a cup. He never got the idea to use his tongue

YESSSSSSS! He puts his "dollie" in the bowl everyday!! I am not sure if he thinks she is thirsty or if she needs a bath? He also loves to drink water from the bathtub.

yup, he likes to dip his paw in like he is checking to see if the temp. is just right for him to drink.

My kitties move the water dish all around the kitchen like its some type of game, water splashing everywhere. Also the shower, our littlest kitty (11 months old) screams and screams while we are in the shower until you either get out and she jumps in the shower and lays on the floor and gets covered in water (love it when it drips from her chin ) - or if you open the door while the shower is on, she jumps in and walks around getting wet.. They are just looney

DH gets so PO'd when he plays and splashes the water around. I took this video of it -- and I cracked up because DH was building our coffee table in the living room and our cat totally peeks to make sure Daddy isn't coming!

They both do!

they'll take their dry food in their mouth, bring it over to the water bowl and drop it in the water, then bat it around with their paws. It's hilarious!
Except the water gets dirty all the time because of the food they keep dropping in there.

sometimes i'll come home and the water bowl is 1/2 way across the kitchen. We got one of those rubber placemats to stick under it so the bowl doesn't slide around as easy so now they can't move it.

One cat is so obsessed with water, neither DH or I can be in the bathroom with the door closed. Whiskers has to be in with us and either sitting in the sink, or in the tub. He meows and meows at the door if we're in there taking a shower, until you let him in and then then he's in heaven sticking his head under the drippy faucet.

you'd think he never got water any other way!
