Does your child's sleep get disrupted when they're meeting a milestone?
Ava is not sleeping through the night this week and I think it's because she is starting to sit up on her own and has discovered many new sounds that she can make. She keeps rolling onto her back in the middle of the night and trying to sit herself up from laying down, then gets tired and starts babbling in her crib
