Does your health insurance provider cover gym membership fees?
DH knows someone who said his insurance company pays for his gym membership. Has anyone else ever heard of something like this? I want to call my insurance company, but I feel a little dumb if it's not a common practice. Thanks!

My dh has oxford and they cover gym memberships (at least his plan does). I have Empire and they do not.
