Does your job offer benefits from day 1?
I have always worked for companies where I had to wait 90 days. I thought this was the norm, but maybe it was just the field.

Re: Does your job offer benefits from day 1?
I believe with most positions, there is a waiting period before benefits are provided. I've never heard of a job giving benefits from day 1

yes- my job has benefits from day 1
my last job was after 30 days
from day 1 is awesome
my company is over 100 years old and was founded on utopian principles- so that might have something to do with it

Re: Does your job offer benefits from day 1?
yes, my current job does.
I believe at my last job the rule was that your benefits took effect on the first day after the first full month you've work. So if you started today your benfits would take effect on 8/1
