Does Zappos ever "kick you out"?
Kind of kidding, but kind of not - I've been buying and returning so many shoes from there lately (have kept some, but returned most), I'm afraid they're going to stop me from using their site anymore. Has that ever happened to anyone?

No. You should see my order and return history. 
I LOVE Zappos for their easy purchases and easy returns. I'll place a large order just to try things on not knowing if I'll keep anything.

That makes me feel better - Thanks! I was just contemplating another order knowing that I'd most likely return some of it (not sure of sizes), while I have 2 boxes sitting here to be returned and returned 6 another pairs over the weekend!

OMG no. I order only from there for my DD and DH. I literally order my DD over 20 pairs (2 different sizes of up to 10 pairs) per season, only to return about 14 of those or so each time. I have been doing it for years. I have no choice, she is a wide width and they have the biggest selection.
