Dog license for town of brookhaven???
How do you get one cause the town's web site is making me  and  ?
If I have to go somewhere, please tell me where?

When I look up the pooch pass on their web site it gives me an application to allow them into the dog park.
I'm thinking I should just go down there. Are they in farmingville? What would I need to bring?

yes it is...I'm not too sure...I think your dog needs to be spayed/neutered first..but I'm not sure if you need any paperwork

You have to go to the Town Hall in Farmingville for a dog license. It was a minimal fee (I think $10) and is good forever.
The Pooch Pass is obtained in the same place but is NOT a license, it's just a card to get into the dog park...you have to buy the license to get the pooch pass. The pooch pass is $25.
You need to bring your dogs most recent shot records and record of spay/neuter if it was done. If you want the pooch pass you also need to bring a small (1"x 1") photo of the dog.

The license is not a lifetime thing. It needs to be reknewed each year. They mal you a reknewal form each year and it's around $4/year.
You need a record of their current vaccinations and if they were spayed (this only has to be shown once). If they haven't been spayed yet, it will be more $$$.
Town Hall is in Farmingville - take Rte 83 (N. Ocean Ave) and get off at the exit for the Brookhaven Ampitheater and follow the signs for Town Hall. It's just down the road from Bald Hill.
If you are going NYE - they close at 12:15pm.
