Anyone know of any dog parks in nassau county??

I know of one at cedar creek park in seaford off of merrick rd
Also wantagh park in wantagh also off of merrick rd.

Do you have to pay to enter these?? I went to the nickerson beach one and had to pay like $20 because I wasn't a member of that beach or something

Not that I am aware, I dont use them (i have cats )but my 2 brothers are always bringing their pups to those 2 parks. I dought it.

My favorite is the one in East Rockaway, I think its called Bay Park. I havent been there in a long time because we moved but it was very nice.

yea!! for the last two weeks we have been bringing our dogs there!! i like that they have a small and big dog park! my teacup yorkie LOVES to play with the big boys and girls but sometimes they get a bit rough when they play and i get worried!!!

cedar creek and wantagh park are free to get into

there are always a ton of dogs at cedar creek...also there is a nice dog run in the old bethpage village restoration although ive been there twice and there werent any dogs there. There is also supposedly a really nice one in Huntington off of old country road and 110. Its called something Hills. I havent been there but people at cedar creek have told me about it. Also I took my dog to Gardiners County Park in suffil county just east of good samaraitan hospital. It has great trails that lead into the bay.
