I was hoping that this picture was a photoshop job but I have no idea. I was going to send it to my parents and say, "Look what happened to Oscar from steroids."

Do people see that the wiener dog girl has posted and then just not answer? I think it's height discrimination. Well, I do get answers from the people who have met my Oscar.
