Spring make me think of eggs, parsley, flounder (early spring), fluke (later spring), asparagus, peas, baby carrots, pastels, baby potatoes. I don't know.. I generally think small things and bright flavors.

How about a pasta primavera? Or a frittata or quiche with lots of veggie? Or you can do a pizza topped with spring veggies and a mild cheese?

It you want to go dessert you can do mini golden cupcakes with pastel colored buttercream frosting - or a light angel food cake with berries. Or you can do a lemon or orange cake with a citrus glaze.
