Sometimes www.zillow.com has more updated information.
The sites usually don't update though until the deed is filed so if it was sold fairly recently it might not be listed yet (we closed on 3/29/07 and the sites show the house was sold on 5/15/07).

If it's on Long Island you can try Newsday's home sales, they are usually on there two or three months after the house has closed.
