Donating Winter Coats
I have about 5-6 coats that i dont wear anymore and i would really like to donate them.
Does anyone know where i can do that?

I looked at the site but all the donation sites are in NYC

bring them to any Goodwill location....Or call the local church & see if they have connections with homeless shelters

You can donate them to Big Brothers Big Sisters
You can call to arrange an at-home pick-up or drop them off.

Aha!!!
A bank called Ridgewood Savings is accepting coats in their banks. They have boxes set up.
Where do you live? Here are their locations, if one is by you, give a call.

My daughters school (East Islip) is having a coat drive this week and there is an insurance company in East Islip that is also accepting coats. I believe I saw their ad in the pennysaver. If you need more info, I could probably find it.
