Re: dont feel good 7 weeks
Try to eat... anything you can keep down, maybe even just crackers and ginger ale?
I've found that when I'm feeling so sick and do NOT want to eat, if I force myself to eat something I usually feel better (at least for a little while).
I've also noticed that while protein is the last thing I crave, sometimes it makes me feel the best.

Re: dont feel good 7 weeks
i could only keep down cracker and ginger ale for a while. i would try to eat 4-5 crackers every hour or so to coat my stomach with something so it wasnt empty and it helped keep the un easy stomach settled for a little. feel better

thanks girlies. all i want is bread and potatoes then do it. Honestly do not try to force food just because you think it is better to eat. I had rally awful m/s this PG and ate virtually nothing in the first 20 weeks. took my vitamins and tried to drink some kind of milk or juice. At one point all I could eat was saltines and cheddar cheese....it was bizzare b/c I am a big salad/fruit/veggie girl. I still have no desire for these foods, and pretty much am all carbs all the time.
At any rate, I have no GD (which I was afraid of) and my baby is growing well (actually measuring ahead). The only drawback has been a slight anemia.
