Don't know what I'm doing wrong
I have been on WW for 2 weeks now. My 1st week I only lost 1 lb. and I still dont think I lost any more weight this week. I follow the points, have been measuring and cooking everything, bought WW friendly foods. W T F???? I know it will help if I could get to the gym but my gym doesnt offer baby-sitting unless the kids are walking (DS is only 3 months old so that's not happening) and by the time DH gets home and we eat dinner and clean up its late and I am exhausted.
Did anyone else have this problem on WW?

When you go to your mtg, have your leader review your journal. Write everything down....
Are you drinking your water? Getting in your dairy, etc.?
What kind of foods are you eating?
If you're being "active", the gym if not necessary to lose weight - especially in your first couple of weeks.

I dont go to meetings. I do it online. I am getting in my dairy, but not my water I think that may be the problem. Guess I have to work on it.

also, be careful about salt. I noticed there have been times that I thought I was being good but some foods had high sodium. The water is a very big key to WW. And protein. Increasing your protein and decreasing on the low point fillers has help me jump start plateaus.

I agree, I bet if you did nothing different but make sure you get your water in....you notice a big difference. Then you can slowly address the sodium and protien issues as they would definitely make a difference as well. GL

Did I say that enough
I bought a liter of water one day and I just keep filling it up over and over. I make sure I drink 2 full bottles everyday. Somedays I go over. It is hard at first but after a while it gets easier. I also do not drink juice at all so that forces me to drink water when I am thirsty for I have no other option.

I actually gained .6 this week but I also started lifting again, and water gain from that time of the month. So I am hoping thats the problem. I do not go to the gym, everytime I join I just don't go. I do love the firm though. I do it 5 to 6 times a week and try to add in some cardio. as far as exercise goes, can you go for a walk with baby? Or get some aerobics and strength videos to do at home?
Exercise really will make the loss quicker and your body firmer.
