Don't know where else to ask this...
I've been of the pill since October - my cycles have been pretty regular - around 28-29 days.
I am on CD 13 right now and I just got AF.
We're not TTC, but I'm stumped as to why it would show up now?
Any thoughts?
Thanks and to you all!

Since you came off BCP in October, I think your body is still trying to regulate itself. If you're really concerned, call your doctor

Do you think I can still be regulating after 5 months?

The nurse at my dr's office said sometimes you just have a wacky cycle. Hope that helps.

You can still be regulating, or you could just have one month out of whack.

my husband is a Dr. and says if it happens once, its really not a big deal - and nothing to worry about. It can happen if you stress a lot or other big life events. Usually, if its once, dr. won't worry or tell you to do anything. If it happens again, than you should consult your doctor.
