one of the girls at the desk at my gym uses them and she LOVES them. And by the looks of her tush I'd say they work!! (YES...YES I DID ASK HER TO STAND UP SO I COULD SEE!! I WANT PROOF SISTER!!!)

LMAO me too!! I ordered them off of Amazon. Just started week 2. I have to say that the butt work outs are pretty tough. I'm hoping to trim my saddle bags and hips and wrote down my measurements last week, so we'll see!
