There is a pretty big guy at my gym that teaches the Flirty Girl Fitness class and while at first glance I thought he was pretty overweight, once I saw how he moved and how much stamina he had, I realized that even though he is a big dude, he was pretty solid and in way better shape than me! 
I've never seen a heavy instructor who was sluggish or not fully doing the moves of the workout
I love that a guy teaches Flirty Girl!!!
I don't take the class but the ellipticals are in the room where the classes are and I cannot stop watching him! There is a guy that teaches Zumba too. He is a little spitfire! LOL
