Don't they say good things come in 3s?
I just got back form the DR and they did not comment at all but....
I am 30wk 3day and I have gained 33 lbs.
Good lord, how much more and I going to gain?

thanks girls.
I try to not let it get to me, but seeing the number real got to me today.
I guess it does not help me emotionally when my hip hurts and the last thing I want to go is exercise.

Same here. I am up 32 lbs at exactly 29 weeks. Not too worried about it.

up 23 lbs at 31.5 weeks. you should be gaining a pound a week from now on. I was up 10 last winter so thats the only reason I am not up more. gained 55 with the last two

Im the same way when it comes to the 'number'---its the reason i refuse to weigh myself at home. I was up 30lbs at my 32 week visit and Im sure I've gained since. I think you look fab and once you have the baby your hip will feel better and you will be right back out there walking (NC weather is great in the spring, my dad & stepmom have lived in Charlotte since I graduated highschool and loove that time of year!)

I don't own a scale for that reason!
 I return to my old self!! I thought I'd exercise during this entire pregnancy, that went out the window when I had problems early on and had to stop. Since then I was never the same.
