Call them to see what's going on. When Traveler's sent us a letter like that it turned out that it was just a formality because they were changing the rates - they had to cancel one policy but they were automatically issuing a replacement policy.

i have tried SOOO many times but the paper work is so complicated, and every time i filled it out something was wrong. I just sent a email to the girl at the office i go to and HOPEFULLY this is just lie the other poster said, a change in the policy
