Dr. Bashian Rave
So, I had my first appointment with Dr. Bashian last night. She was excellent, I loved her demeanor, her staff is great, and she was so reassuring. She really thinks that with my experience (which was 1 mc & 1 chem) that it's MOST likely that I will go on to have a perfectly normal pregnancy next. This is a complete 360 from what my old doctor's office said - who, after the chemical, immediately brushed me aside and recommended I go to LI/IVF (which they called by their old name) - oh by the way, all that was done without me ever actually coming in to the office, it was all relayed by staff. She IS checking my thyroid levels, but that was the only thing that she wanted to check now (which could explain why I have difficulty losing weight, and I know my grandmother has thyroid issues). She said that IF it happens again, we'll send out for genetic testing and go from there, but she was totally confident that next time around everything will be 100% normal! Woohoo!!!!
BTW - She is preggo with twins and she was joking that she's radiating and exuding fertility, lol. I really liked her, and DH liked her too (he hated my old practice). Back to the

I think it was my socks!!!
Funny side note, I have white coat syndrome, so my blood pressure always rises at the doctors (and I work in doctors offices, go figure). My bp when I arrived was 140/92... they retook it later and it was 128/84 - she calmed me right down!

I love her!!! I've seen her and Frenkel and I love them both. So funny she's pregnant with twins! I remember when she had her first. God bless her
