Dr. Braverman ***new question added**

I just started seeing him and I think he's wonderful so far! But just curious -this is my first experience with all of this and it gets a little overwhelming at times- so for you BTDT ladies any advice you could give me or just tell me what I should expect from him, his office and just this whole process.
I will be doing IVF with PGD

TIA

Re: Dr. Braverman ladies please come in

He is my miracle!!! I was at another RE for a long time with no success. Dr. Braverman took on my case and since figured out all my troubles!!! I am now 6w 3d pregnant. There are 3 sacs and as of now, 2 heartbeats already. We are watching baby c!

I cannot begin to express how wonderful the whole office is. The office is hands on, will answer emails anytime and is always patient. Sometimes there is a wait in the office. But, I know that when I need extra time, I get it. We're never rushed. My IVF cycle with him was so easy. He justs makes it all ok.

I would love to answer any questions you may have. Feel free to fm any time. I wish you all the best...

I was seeing him for 3 1/2 years.. He (and his entire staff) were amazing before I got my BFP and he he even more amazing after.. He is so caring and understanding.. So easy to talk to and never ever rushes you out of his office.. He found out all of my issues treated me and then got me pregnant.. I hope you have the same experience. I am sure you will.. He treats EVERYONE the same.. Chat Icon

Re: Dr. Braverman ladies please come in

I, too, started out w/ a different RE and transferred myself and my 6 frozen blasts from a previous IVF cycle to Dr. B. He is unbelievable. I had some difficulties early on and he opened the office on a saturday night at 7pm to do a sonogram. My other RE didn't believe that you can have immune issues - but Dr. Braverman tested me for EVERYTHING and was able to find my issues.
You are in great hands. Best of luck!!!

Re: Dr. Braverman ladies please come in

Another Braverman success story here!!!

His office is absolutely wonderful!!! Everyone is so nice and so approachable. I love that you can e-mail him and his staff and get a response!!! He also does all the sono's himself which, I loved. It was great to be able to get my questions answered by him right away. The city office is great also and Dr. T, who does the retrieval and transfer is so nice. I also love the fact that DH was able to be in the transfer room with me!!! My last RE wouldn't allow it.

The only problem I had was the wait time for monitoring but that only happened once. After that, they told me to call first (I was going on my lunch hour) and they'd let me know if there was a wait and when to come in.

Dr. Braverman is just so caring about all his patients. He knew I was worried about the maturity of my eggs so he called me right away when he knew something. Then he called me several times over the weekend to give me updates on my embryos! He even gave me his cell phone number in case i needed to call him!!!!

I'm not a patient of Dr. Braverman but I've NEVER heard a bad thing about him. Sometimes makes me wish my gyn would have recommended him from the get-go.

Yes but it's not bad. The office isn't far from the midtown tunnel and there is a parking garage a couple of doors down.
