DR for Baby
Do you need to call the dr's office to let them know when your delivering the baby so they can come to the hospital to check?

Re: DR for Baby
The hospital will need the information for the intake paperwork and they will notify the Dr. when the baby is born. When we had DS our Pediatrician didn't need to come to hospital because there was a doctor in-house. But when our son had a fever he called our new Ped to ask her if she would release the baby.

Re: DR for Baby
The hospital usually notifies the doctor, but if you have a scheduled due date, it wouldn't hurt to let him/her know.
Good luck to you!
