Dr. Funt, O'Keefe, Lochner's practice.... do you know how long past due date they induce?

Dr. Funt, O'Keefe, Lochner's practice.... do you know how long past due date they induce?
I see Dr. Lochner... but was wondering if anyone has them as drs and you went past your due date - how long do they wait until they induce? Is it one week past your due date like most practices?

I saw Dr. Porte and Dr. O'keefe mostly, but Dr. Porte was my main OB\GYN. He pretty muched weighed my situation and I ended up waiting a week past my due date.

it depends on your situation: I have gestational diabetes, so porte already told me that I will not being going past my due date, and will be induced on my date if need be. it really depends

You're in great hands!  He said the same to me because of my pre-existing high blood pressureand surgery issues...he really wanted me to go on my own.... but then when I wasn't dilating and the babies head wasn't dropping he assessed my situation and had me wait a week...end result they still had to induce and I ended up having a c-section.
BTW I don't even have a scar from my c-section..he did an amazing job.

unfortunatly, the day i have to be induced, he will be on vacation, actually he left for vacation last week:O( But, I will be having Dr Welischar do it if it ends up that way. But I've got to say, I love ALL of them there. I work in the ER, and have known Lochner as a resident, same with Welischar, and o'keefe is fantastic too. So, I'm not worried at all :O)
