Dr. Jennifer Hanauer
Well, I had to reschedule my appt today, so I called and got busy, busy, busy..finally got through and I was asked to hold.
I held...
and held...
and held...40 minutes later they hung up.
I called back and someone again asked me to hold. I said no and I canceled. I will not reschedule.
I like the doc and all, but I don't need that at all.
So...recommend your gyno please...Nassau.

that is insane... I don't know that doc, but have seen her name posted all over this site.
Why are GYNO offices harder to get into than a five star restaurant???
I had something similar happen to me last week trying to schedule an appt with mine. I mean, I waited for like 7 to 10 mins on hold-- but when you leave your office to make the call (due to lack of privacy) and then you are standing on a street corner, on your cell-- hoping that no one walks by at the precise moment you need to say something very personal, you get antsy!
Don't they have people managing the office patient load??

Love my practice...they are on New Hyde Park Rd in North Hills, right off both LIE and N. state...
Northern OB/GYN... Dr. Bernstein is my favorite but they are all great...

They said they were short staffed. Everytime I call it's busy. That's ridiculous. 40 minutes on hold...
Nope, I need a new one as much as I like her...there are others out there.

I also go there but I see Dr. Putterman. I think she is back from maternity leave this month.

Preferred Women's Health-Dr. Bergman( that is who I see), Dr. Marchbein, Dr. Morris Rush, Dr. Prince, Dr. Oppenheim ( All of them see Ob pts) Dr. Tobin, Grafinkel and Bednoff see Gyn Only.
They are located in Great Neck and in Woodbury and affiliated with North Shore...

I've never had a problem with her. she is fast, but she has always answered my questions.
