dr. Klein and his group are really pi$$ing me off
It's always so hard to get hold of nurses and the drs (well actually it seems to be impossible to talk to a dr over the phone)
I am getting very frustrated and annoyed with them, every time I call they put me on hold forever, they can never give me answers I need, when I ask to have the dr call me back they tell me a nurse will call me back, but then they never do or they call 2 days later , I've been trying to talk to them about my records regarding my mc I posted about on Fri and I can't get anyone, the front desk people don't seem to know anything and they want me to talk to nurses , but no nurses available to talk to.
I have also been trying to get my blood results since last week and a nurse is yet to call me back.
I tried making an appt w dr. Klein and they can't give me anything with him for few weeks , they do want me to go in every 2 weeks since I'm considered very high risk, but the drs they want me to see are NOT high risk drs. If I wanted to go and see a non high risk OB I would have kept going to my regular OB, she is excellent.
I am seriously considering finding another office and this time maybe a solo high risk OB.
Sorry I'm venting like this but I have had it with them and I had to get it off my chest

Wow- I'd be upset too!! How frustrating!! 
Maybe you should look for a different doc. Good luck!!

omg i can't tell you how glad i am to leave this group. i mean i'm sure they are competent obs but i have to say the practice has gotten very patient incompetent. here's my rant on their practice: link

thanks so much! I don't feel crazy any more, lol.
I just called them and spoke to a nurse . I was very firm (and a bit angry) I told them I am very unhappy with certain things and if this goes on I will be leaving their practice.
They were all sweet and tried to sugarcoat everything I told them, they had an excuse for everything.
Then this nurse told me if I want to set up an apt with one particular dr to call her and she'll set it up for me. She said if I want to get hold of someone best time is morning and evening, blah, blah, blah.... But I am still annoyed . I'm going to give them one more week and if I'm still unhappy I will start looking for a new OBGYN. I might actually post and ask for recommendations just so I have some names.
I have enough stress with this pregnancy, OBGYN's office should be something I should not have to worry about at all.

I had SO many issues with Dr. Klein's office in the beginning of my pregnancy.... I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Klein, but his office staff really is incompetent... mostly very nice for the most part- but I swear they way they run that place is ass-backwards. I've had issues from possibly losing blood results, telling me that I am 6 weeks further along in my pregnancy than I actually am, CONSTANTLY making appointments and then subsequently cancelling them....
But, I just don't want to leave Dr. Klein. I had a bit of a "first timer" scare last Saturday and I paged him and he was so great.
I really hope they get their act together, cause it's a real shame for Dr. Klein to lose patients because of his staff.
