While I am currently not a patient of hers, she used to be affiliated with my doctor's office. I saw her a handful of times a few years ago and always thought she was attentive and thorough. She is a mom also so that also makes me feel comfortable with her.

YES! She is my primary doctor, and the practice is a high risk practice. I have been VERY happy there and I adore her so much. I have met 2 other docs so far who I have liked, but she is by far my favorite so far!
They also understand our health history that we share  , and it makes me stick out to them so I am always remembered.

After this whole mess up with my current practice, I need to switch. I was thinking of going to her Mineola office though. I'm going to call Monday- I hope she takes my insurance!

I have seen her a few times. She is nice. I just found that she is very quick and doesn't spend time with you. Dr. Alkasab is my favorite.
The new male DR. isn't bad either. Dr. Sterncous (sp)?

I'm seeing him Tuesday for the first time. I actually have found that Dr. Gilbert is very thorough and spends lots of time with me. I haven't met Dr. Alkasab but I'm looking forward to it!
Overall I like the practice a lot and I'm excited about the move to the new location.

I'm going there on Tuesday too! I am havign an anatomy scan. I here now never make an appointment on Wednesday when Dr. Nimroff is there. I was held up 2 hours.

Been going to this practice for 3 years now. 3 babies in 3 years and She delivered my DD last summer, she did a great job, but when it came to office visits she was very quick, short answers, sometimes couldn't answer my questions, she wouldn't be my first pick. I find Dr. Alkasab and Dr. Rubin to be extremely friendly and takes their time with you. I dread making appointments with Dr. Nimiroff, Dr. Klein & Gilbert because of the wait time. Plus, i find that if those 3 doctors aren't your primary doctor, they seem to be super quick. This has been my experience throughout the 3 years i've gone.
