I have went to 2 different drs for it
Dr Jonathan Scher and Dr Orli Etingin, both in Manhattan
Let me know if you want the info

Yes,I am quoting myself 
Just so you know, these drs are NOT RE's...
Dr Scher is an OB/GYN that specializes in immune issues
Dr Orli Etingin is a hematologist

You could try SIRM. Their website is here
Also check out Dr. Stricker and the yahoo immunology support group. they have a list of Dr's who ascribe to certain protocol. MTHFR and all thrombophilias are considered immune reactions.
