How long do you usually wait to recieve a call back if you leave a message???

If I call the office, i get a call back anywhere from 1 hour to by the end of the day.
Pager-within 15 minutes.

I called the office a couple of times and spoke to nurse right away. never left a message. the one time it was soemthing serious, nurse put me on hold and doc for me
