Drama Alert! Watch a Trailer for The Hills’s Final Season
The Hills may be fading into the sunset after this season — but the MTV hit is not going out without some drama. Big drama. And here’s your first taste of it. MTV just released a trailer for season 6, and PEOPLE.com has your first look.
So what happens in this season’s 12 episodes?
Heidi Montag will confront her mother with her new look after undergoing multiple plastic surgeries. “Nobody’s seen Heidi 3.0,” she says, then asks her (disapproving) mother, “Do I look good?”
It also appears that her marriage to Spencer Pratt may be facing problems. “I didn’t think on my one year anniversary I would be getting divorced,” she says. (The two have apparently patched things up, though. Montag recently told PEOPLE, she was “being dramatic” when discussing the possibility of divorce.)
Other plot points: Audrina Patridge is happily in a relationship with new beau Ryan Cabrera. Costars accuse Kristin Cavallari of having drug problems. And Spencer Pratt blows up at his sister in a major way!

Heidi look so fake and plastic....She looks about 10 yrs older too.

Wow cant wait.
LOL how stupid is heidi to not know she would be getting divorced in a year, Im surprised it lasted that long
