Dreading CD3 sono tomorrow...
I've only had one other CD3 sono before - and it was after a dose of provera and I was bleeding very lightly. This time I ovulated on my own and got AF all by myself ( ) and have AF horribly this time! I am dreading having the sono tomorrow and am a bit embarrassed about it too Any advice?

Re: Dreading CD3 sono tomorrow...
LOL- I know what you mean- it's always embarassing to me as well. ONCE I was left in the room and told to undress from the waist down, and 20 mins later I was STILL waiting--- Sorry if TMI but i finally went and grabbed some paper towels to 'blot' b/c I was so self conscious--- it was so gross I usually just take a bath/shower before I leave in the morning and go to the bathroom RIGHT before I go in to do a quick clean up (again sorry if TMI)... believe me, the dr's seen worse I can assure you!!!

Thank you for the reassurance. I plan on doing exactly what you suggest. I just know how heavy AF is, and I know that it might get messy and that just grosses me out (sorry TMI)

I know what you mean. I have the WORST bleeding (heavy and clotting) after provera... so I can definitely relate. The best advice I can give you is when the dr comes in just lay back and do your best to relax...

Re: Dreading CD3 sono tomorrow...
I used to feel the same way, but now I don't really care all that much anymore. They've seen it a million times. Probably more. However usually for me by CD3 the heavy flow has stopped.
