Dreams.
I rarely dream about my grandmother. I think only once can I remember a dream about her. But last night, I had one, real as ever, about her teaching me how to make a dish for DH. It was quick, but a connection nonetheless.
Have you had any dreams about your person that just made you feel a bit connected?

Yes I have. Every once in a while I will have a dream about my son. Usually it is quick and not much happens, but I feel like it is his way of letting me know that he is ok.

Yes-I had a dream a few weeks after my dad passed and I woke up with a huge smile on my face. It made me feel so good especially because my dad had a huge smile on my face and told me he loved me

I also had a dream about my son where I felt he came to me to let me know he was okay. I remember wanting to go back to sleep so I could just feel that connection again
