Dreams and Sleep
Do you dream every night? Not necessarily dreams that you remember when you wake up but you are just aware you had dreams all night. What about nightmares? Is it good sleep when you dream or is it better sleep when you don't dream at all?

Re: Dreams and Sleep
Honestly, I think you always dream. It's a matter of remembering them or not.

Re: Dreams and Sleep
everynight we dream...it happens during REM sleep and most of the time we don't remember our dreams...dreaming it how our mind "reviews" the days events and examines things on our sub conscious...so it is healthy for us to dream.

Re: Dreams and Sleep
I remember my dreams & nightmares. Sometimes they wake me up & I can't get back to sleep (like last night )

I hate it! I refuse to close my eyes after I get woken up by a bad dream. This is why I'm at my desk all day.

I actually feel tired from being stressed in my dreams! I woke up the other day with a headache from screaming so much in my dream - not in reality. It's so bizarre...

Re: Dreams and Sleep
According to my dreams professor when you can't sleep at night b/c of dreams or whatever, you are not supposed to just lay in bed...you should get up and move around for a little bit b/c this will help "calm your mind" down. I've done this and it does seem to help
