Dress code when it is super hot?
What do all you ladies wear when it gets warm like today? I wore khackis and a short sleeve button-down blouse today, but I was warm.

I pretty much wear dresses and skirts everyday once the weather gets nice. With skirts, I wear light weight tees or a short sleeve/sleeveless button down.
ETA: There is technically no dress code at my school, but most women were skirts, dresses, capris, or cropped (dressy) shorts. Men tend to stick with khakis and short sleeve button down or polo - I feel bad that they have such few options.

Cropped pants with a crochet knit type short sleeve shirt..it is so difficult when it's hot!

We are allowed to wear anything but we are told not to let our "ladies" hang out 
I pretty much wear dresses and capris

i have tons of lightweight dresses for this reason. Also, I have some nicer bermuda length dressy shorts, like knee length, but suit material that I wear with a collared, button down shirt with short sleeves or no sleeves.

Pretty much nothing above the knee or low cut. I also always make sure I have sleeves (even if they are small--no tanks or stings, no exposed shoulders).
I have a bunch of dress pant capri's in light material, light dresses, skirts etc.
Sandals, "nice" flip flops

I wore shorts that go to my knee and a short sleeve shirt......
Another teacher in my school dressed SO inappropriately!! She wore a sleeveless dress (bare shoulders, cleavage showing) and it felt to a little above her knee
Some people have no common sense  I have no idea how a teacher can dress this way... or even more so how the administration can be ok with it!!

When I first started I wore a skirt that was NOT even that short...a cple inches above the knee a a turtle neck...the attention from the male students was enough to make me NEVER wear anything slightly revealing again lol
So I am with you I really don't get how some teachers wear revealing stuff and don't feel uncomfortable
