Drinking Grapefruit Juice to help CM?
How does drinking grapejuice help exactly??
Also, should we drink a glass a day?
Do we drink the whole cycle or stop after O'ing? TIA

Good quesiton. I just heard about this and bought grapefruit juice this month..lol...I figure it couldn't hurt right? So I drink 1 glass a day!

I read this also. I think I read that you can start at CD1 and drink until you ovulate. I'm at cd 1 today and plan on drinking it. Can't hurt I guess.

I've gotten PG twice doing this. For me, it definitely helps my CM. I only drank a 1/2 cup a day, and I just drank it every day of my cycle.
One of the articles I read said that it can take a few months to work for some women, and that for others it doesn't work at all. For me, it was immediate.

same here...I used it for my 1st pregnancy (and green tea) and it worked to. I drank a cup of each a day from CD1 till I o'd.

For the past two months I have drank a small glass everyday. I start at like CD 8-10 until I O. I usually O around CD 20. Last month I got a BFP (it ended up being a chemical). I also used preseed so I don't know which one worked or if it was the combination of the two.
