Driving on parkway and just saw woman sitting in minivan holding newborn.
No car seat. I see this shit all the time. I just can't stand it and am so infuriated. There was also a young boy around 7 standing up clearly not in a seatbelt or booster. They got off at an exit so I can't even report them...

I commute on the S. State and see acts of stupidity on a regular basis. Kids without car seats/belts is a daily occurrence.

I saw this once, called the police while I was behind them, and the operator acted like I was nuts for calling. She asked if I wanted to press charges against them, which I thought was odd!
