Driving to Orlando-things to do/where to stay on the way and back?
We are driving to Disney in the Winter.
Where are some nice places to stay midway and something in the winter we can do?

Actually if it were something/someplace to entertain the kids we'd be more likely to drive further off our course too.

One of the better ones i did we veered off a lot. Williamsburg, VA and than Savannah. How many hours can you drive a day in the car with the kids??? We just drove down to Key West and then up to Disney and back here to Long Island. you can also go to Ocean City, Maryland and Myrtle Beach in you want to go the coastal route

I would just drive straight thru and get there unless the weather is really bad....We only stop for bathroom, gas and food....
Good Luck!!!

South of the Border is always an interesting stop. Its a good place to get out and stretch your legs.
I agree with Williamsburg, VA too. Great place to go as a good resting point.
