dropping or lightening - how long does the process take?
Does it happen quickly, like in one day, or is it a longer process that happens over a couple of days?
I thought I dropped a couple of days ago but then  kinda moved back up.
Today, I swear within the afternoon, my whole belly just dropped.

It usually happens overnight or not at all. with my son, I never dropped, always carried high.
